POLICY: General information: • There is a $15 Non-Refundable deposit fee in order to book!! Does not include total!!! Please make sure you bring the correct amount of change I will not being giving out change!! • Please arrive with BARE hands/ feet ! Please make sure your feet are WASHED AND THOROUGHLY CLEANED!!! • I only soak off my OWN WORK and I only work over MY WORK!!! • During your appointment PUT your PHONE AWAY it is very much a DISTRACTION!!! Not only to you, but to me as your service provider as well. You came to RELAX not be on your phone!!! • PLEASE NO EXTRA GUESTS! And NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE 13 (They must be getting a service done) All parents must wait outside until the end of their appointment. They are welcome to come and meet me if they have any questions or concerns. Please remember if you are booking an appointment for the next business day please do so before 5pm or I will be charging you the same day fee!!! • Remaining balance must be paid in CASH!! PLEASE also provide the exact amount I will not be able to provide change. Any other payments will result in a $3 fee (Via Cashapp) $kshinnee • 10 minutes late = $10 late fee!! (If your appointment is at 3:00pm and you get here at 3:06, 3:08, etc you are still considered late and I will have to charge the late fee‼️‼️) • 15 minutes late= Appointment canceled!! And you will need to reschedule • Same day squeeze-in fee: $15 + service fee (Please know that this does not include your deposit fee!!) Please book all appointments before 5pm that business day I will have to charge the same day fee. • Squeeze in fee: $15 + service fee (Please know that this does not include your deposit fee!!) Late night appointments = $20 If your are booking an appointment for the next business day please book if AFTER 3PM! Please make sure that you cancel your appointment 48hrs in advance. No Call No Show will be banned from booking with me!! I charge a 40% cancellation fee for any no-shows and last minute cancellations!!!!! If you cannot pay the cancellation fee you will be BANNED FROM BOOKING WITH ME!!! I offer free nail repairs within 2 days of the appointment date / anything after will result in a $10 fee. You will have one free time to reschedule your appointment after that you will have to put a new deposit down!! Please book ACCORDINGLY! Do not book if you are on a tight schedule. I will not rush through your set at all. All sets are 2hrs-3hrs depending on your design and length!!
